Andriy has been successfully organizing work on projects of various complexity for about 15 years, always working jointly with the Client. Andriy speaks English and German, which allows him, combined with knowledge and experience, to successfully represent the Client directly during oral hearings in various jurisdictions. Andriy graduated with honors from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (Master of Laws) and devoted his entire career to legal practice.
With each new project, Andriy always surprises us with his non-standard solutions. He always finds arguments that turn the case in the direction that suits our interests. Together with a comprehensive approach to the smallest details and the ability to work with witnesses, Andriy always successfully predicts the result and thus gives us as a business an advantage.

Anastasia appeared as a party representative in a number of arbitration cases under the rules of the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration), VIAC (Vienna International Arbitral Center), ICC (International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce), SCC (Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce), the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, etc. Anastasia has also repeatedly represented investors in investment arbitration under the rules of the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). It is also worth noting that Ms. Grenyuk has considerable experience representing parties in commodities arbitrations under the rules of GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) and FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations). Anastasia has experience of working with English law and received her LL.B degree in English law with European law from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom).
Anastasiya has a comprehensive understanding of the work of international arbitral institutions, excellent English skills and a structured and diligent approach to work. Due to these qualities Anastasiya is able to deal successfully even with the most complex disputes.

Olena is an important part of the Lamwell’s litigation team. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Law obtaining a master's degree with honors. Olena also has a degree in economics (Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Faculty of Finance and Economics, specialization "Finance").

Pavel lived and worked in Latvia and has extensive experience of working in a leading European loan management company. In addition, he worked in the financial sector in the sphere of development and control of compliance requirements and implementation of personal data protection standards. His most significant projects include obtaining licenses from Latvian governmental agencies, participating in a major M&A project in Latvia, as well as party representation in an international investment dispute at ICSID (International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes).
